Has anyone here read the Superman/Aliens crossover?

Ok, please somebody, if you read it, tell me whether the girl at the end, Kara....well I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it as it is really quite good. But the girl, does she reappear in any follow-ups or other comics or is that it? No more Kara.

As far as I know, she's still somewhere in outer space. No follow-up, no next appearence, nothing. Dan Jurgens had expressed his interest in bringing her back, but so far, nothing is certain. Too bad, I liked her.

As reported in the Kryptonian Cybernet last month, Dan Jurgens (writer and penciller of the miniseries) has submitted a plot synopsis for a follow-up, but they've been unable to move ahead to this point due primarily to Dark Horse's changing editorial staff.
