There was a story where Clark (who needs no sleep) goes out at night and tries to figure out the occupation of his neibor (mr x) using no super powers. Does this ring a bell with anyone and can you tell me the issue #? I think it was in Superman or Action in the early 70's... 20 cent issue probably...

There was a four-part story back in the 1970s that involved Superman losing his powers in his Clark Kent identity, and having a mysterious neighbor named Mr. X.
