Hmm, it was one of Dan Jurgens better stories. It was simple and straightforward, but Superman was SUPER. I thought he left on a high note. You know, I think people are now criticizing the recent Superman books more out of habit than anything else. Oh, is there anyone out there who reads the books just because they're about Superman, without too much regard for the writing? I agree that the books have been mediocre (which, by the way doesn't equal 'horrible', but I stuck with them because I wanted to read about Supes.

You may want to start pickign it up again now that Loeb has taken it over.

And yes, #150 was a very rushed, overblown issue. Not a good swan-song for Jurgens.

I've reading about Superman, (after a long hiatus) around mid '97, and once hooked, I was seaeching for all kind of DC issues, but here in Bolivia, mostly of them are Superman and Batman issues.

Good storytelling is always a pleasure to read. but even when stories aren't the top of the dessert, they are fine to me, -but only if those stories don't drive out of character to Supes-, I really appreciate the work of Jurgens, L. Simonson, Byrne, and others who have made deeper my appreciation to the Man Of Steel. And the covers of Bogdanove and Janke! they are my favorites! No matter what others could think about them I like them a lot! these are my best Superman cover artists (after Ross, of course). I tried to get my copy of Superman 75, but odds are against me. I wish to all the people who are leaving the Superman titles the best, and I want to tell them a big THANK YOU!!!!!!

I've ordered my own copy of Superman 150, but the snail-mail is slower than ever! The costs of ordinary mail are higher, so express mail is much higher! Just waiting........

No... well, it because of industrial decreases within the market matched with low print runs of individual volumes, but an overprinting of first printings with too high a quanity of trade paperbacks, causing other prices from other companies to skyrocket due to the paper stock in an attempt to compete with...

Uh... No. It's not going to happen. The current issues are stocked quite well, and the issues of the last two years are quite unmemorable. The recent issues should probably be pretty easy to find, but be a huge profit for DC.

You finished it? You have my sympathies...
