I've just come back from Fabio's Superman site where he had posted the entire Alex Ford script.

...And you're telling me they turned this down?

I suddenly remember why I won't move out west.

If anyone hasn't seen it, do yourself a favor and check it out.

WB turned it down because they wanted to appease Jon Peters, who supported the stinky Dan Gilroy script. Peters was more important to them than quality.

So where is it? I saw no sign of the Ford script. I did see about half a dozen irrelevant pop-up ads that I killed as quickly as they appeared,

I'm reading the Ford script now. Best I've seen yet. So far, it's a story worthy of a Superman.
