Did the animation in this episode seem...different? It seemed more 'cartoony' than usual...and there was at least one moment (Lois in Perry's office) where I saw a hint of manga.

The animation was done by JADE, the same company who did LITTLE BIG HEAD MAN. I was dissapointed in this episode.

I don't remember anything bad about LITTLE BIG HEAD MAN, but this episode was AWFUL. When Superman catches the thug's club and it pans to show Supe's face, the club is simply not there. Also, the characters were ALL off model. The animation was jumpy and WAY too manga-esque.

I thought I was watching an episode of that Pokemon crap. Did you see the S symbol on his chest? It looked like a child drew it in more than one shot. I REALLY hope that this one is sent back for repairs. PLEASE!

Of course, the story was pretty uninspired as well. Oh well. BATMAN BEYOND was great.

The animation was lacking, and I think your comment on the 'S' is well taken. I also noticed that some of the lettering in the street signs was off, with backward Rs and Ss.

I was disappointed in this week's BATMAN BEYOND, for the first time. The take on the Fantastic Four was a little too obvious for me, and the story just sort of ... ended. And what did any of it have to do with Batman?

I was also very disapointed in this epsiode. It was not up to the standard that I'm used to watching. I hope that there are not too many more like this one.

Yeah, that episode stunk. And what is the deal with Metallo getting half the skin back on his face? Stupid.

Its always been like that. But why must he rip perfectly good clothes everytime? Must be a fetish or something.
