It is all very confusing for someone like me but even I know that Siegel filed a lawsuit claiming rights for the term superboy that refers to the young Clark Kent that lived in Smallville.
When things reach the court and it begins to confuse there is always someone that comes to our rescue and this time it came in a form of a post on The Legion Omnicom that not only specified the court rulings and settlements but also tried to explain things.
