This has been fantastic - watching Superman this entire weekend. The question I have is why did they keep repeating the same ones? There were 104 original episodes and they seem to have selected only a hand full to show.

Of course I started my tape at 6am on Saturday and changed it every 8 hours but was hoping to have a majority of the episodes. They missed some of my favorties!

Take Care

I was disappointed that they kept showing the same 8 hour block of shows over and over again, I was hoping for a better variety, and maybe some rareties, like the Adventures of Superboy pilot, and the I Love Lucy episode in which Superman appeared.

I watched most of it, even when they repeated the episodes. I was in my home office doing our taxes this weekend, and having _Adventures of Superman_ going on and on was a comfort. (I had them install DirecTV in my home office last year. I seem to spend most of my time in here.)

I have to say I was disappointed in the heavy editing. The two worst

I think, but I have to recheck, but I may have the Kellog's openings from when WWOR in NY aired the shows, in the 80's.... I have the complete run on BETA , but the machines are well maintained and running... I need to check it out to make sure.... WingNut

Frankly I was disappointed in the editing and out of sequence episodes. I expect alot better from, of all stattions, TV Land.

They can give us the complete Honeymooners, but incomplete Superman? Tsk Tsk!

I wrote them and asked the same question. Here's what I got back:

We make no claims to air The Adventures of Superman without editing. If that is ever set to happen, it will be anounced well in advance both on air and
