WGN Superstation pulling

This is a special announcement for those who watch WGN Superstation each morning for 'The Batman/Superman Adventures'.

As you know, WGN has two separate feeds, one for Chicago viewers, the other for national viewers. 'Superman Web Central' has just learned from WGN's web site that The WB is being dropped from the national feed beginning this fall. While this change will protect the ratings of other WB affiliates, this also means those of you who watch WGN Superstation will be without 'The Batman/Superman Adventures' come next season.

The pulling of The WB network from WGN's national superstation feed will greatly affect those cities whose stations do not carry The WB network. So please take note of this.

As I recall, I heard that WGN and/or Time Warner would begin offering a new cable channel called WeB to carry the WB programming. This would only be available to markets which do not have a WB affiliate. Those of you who have to use WGN to watch WB programming may want to check into this, and may need to let your cable company know that you want them to pick up the new channel.

Actually they already have started the WeB channel. It's in quite a few markets according to the list at Toonzone.
