Afternoon all.

I have been looking for information on the exact size of Superman #1. I have yet to pin down this so here goes.

Some folks have told me that it is regular size much like today's comics.

Some folks have told me that it was larger. More along the lines of 10X14 size. Much like a old Time/Life Magazine from the 60's.

Any information that could be provided would be of great help!

Sincerely,

Scott

Superman #1 was the standard size of comics for that time, about 7 1/2 by 10 1/4. The oversized comic is probably the reprint from the 1970's that is an exact duplicate, except for its size. Today's comix are a full inch narrower than those from the Golden Age.. saves on paper, I guess Hope this helps.
